Martin (Marty) Bilowich — President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bilowich has over 20 years of health care management experience and was one of the co-founders of Health Network One (HN1) and has served as the Company's President and Chief Operating since it began operations in 2001. He has also spear-headed the growth and evolution of HN1 from being a start-up operation to now managing over 1.3 million covered lives through Network Management Agreements with various regional and national health plans. Mr. Bilowich has also directed HN1's acquisition of assets from various key provider network organizations including: VIVRA, Eye Management, PhyMatrix (including PCMC, Urology Consultants of South Florida and Breathco), and VitaCare.

Prior to Health Network One, Marty was a Senior Vice President with HS1 Medical Management, a full-service licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA) and affiliated company of HN1. In this capacity, he directed the Network Development and Provider Relations/Contracting functions for the Company and was also responsible the day-to-day management and operations of the Company's 12 owned and/or managed medical practices. Before working for HS1 Medical Management, Marty has also held senior management positions with Caremark, Inc., Columbia/HCA Hospital Corporation, and Ernst & Young's Health Care Consulting Group. Mr. Bilowich earned both a master's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Public Health from Tulane University. He also earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Mr. Bilowich is a Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a member of Leadership Broward.

Mary T. McCluskey, MD — Chief Medical Officer

Dr. McCluskey is a physician executive with over 23 years of managed care experience. Her career has been focused on ridding the US health care system of waste and on improving the quality of care patients receive. Recently Dr. McCluskey joined the Health Network One organization after nearly 10 years with Anthem, as their Chief Medical Officer, nationally for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid. It In that role she was responsible for medical cost containment, clinical quality and medical management. She became part of the Anthem organization when Amerigroup was acquired. She had also served as Amerigroup’s Chief Medical Officer focused heavily on quality, medical cost management and clinical management for the underserved Medicaid population.

Prior to Anthem, she was with Aetna, for ten years, first as a local network medical director in Tampa and later as the head of clinical cost management for the organization nationally in Hartford, CT. During her work at Aetna she also served as the Chief Medical Officer for the largest region in the Northeast. Under her leadership Aetna Condition Analysis, a proprietary clinical cost management program was developed and deployed throughout the enterprise.

She received her undergraduate and medical degree from St. Louis University, a private institution. Later she completed her training in Internal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis. She worked in private practice in St. Louis for Group Health Plan. She also has experience in Occupational Medicine with Barnes Sutter Healthcare.

Karen Chewning — Vice President

Karen Chewning has over 18 years of health care management experience, joining Health Network One (HN1) in 2001 as the Network Director of Eye Management, Inc., (EMI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HN1. Karen's career began at EMI in 1989 where she began as a Member Service Representative, growing with the organization in position and responsibility until its acquisition in 2001 by HN1. She has expanded her network specialties to Urology, Orthopedics, and Gastroenterology. These networks are currently at risk for over a quarter million lives in South Florida. She was promoted to the position of Vice President of Network Operations of HN1 in 2007 where she supports Senior Management in the goals of the specialty networks of the organization.

Ms. Chewning earned a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University. Her bachelor's degree was earned in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Ms. Chewning is an active member in the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

Marina Gonzalez — Network Director

Mrs. Gonzalez has been with Health Network One and its related companies for over 10 years. As the network manager for the Specialty Networks, her responsibilities include maintaining our current specialty networks by contracting and servicing the providers. Additionally, she acts as the liaison with the various health plans we currently work with. Before managing the Specialty Networks, Mrs. Gonzalez, was part of our Therapy Network’s growth and expansion. Prior to joining the Company’s Provider Relations Department, Mrs. Gonzalez managed one of Health System One’s staff clinics that maintained 40 employees and had over 3,000 assigned Medicare members.

Before joining Health Network One, Mrs. Gonzalez served on the administration team that managed over 12 Staff Clinics for Humana Health Plans, which were eventually sold to a publicly traded company. At that time, Mrs. Gonzalez was responsible for the accounting department and oversaw the financial aspect of the clinics. She worked closely with the organization’s Chief Financial Officer and was a vital part of the team that completed the sale.

Mrs. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami. She also has a second degree in Psychology and a minor in Marketing.
