In this role, Kroll will be instrumental in ensuring the company’s financial health, managing investor relations, and driving financial performance in alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.
Kroll brings nearly 30 years of financial, operational, and strategy experience, including leadership roles in investment banking, consulting, and both public and private-equity-backed companies. He offers a rare blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and financial acumen, having led more than $150 billion in capital markets, loan, and M&A transactions. His proven track record of transforming finance functions, optimizing capital structures, and driving performance under pressure makes him an asset in our rapidly changing industry.

Kroll holds an MBA with honors in finance and strategic management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a specialization in international business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
