CORAL GABLES, FL — Health Network One (HN1), a national leader in specialty care management and value‑based healthcare solutions, today announced the appointment of Melanie Rodriguez as its new chief operating officer. In this role, Rodriguez will lead the end‑to‑end operational delivery of HN1’s programs, including claims administration, client delivery and implementation, member and provider services, and IT operations.

Rodriguez brings more than 25 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience to the role, including oversight of large national client portfolios and executive management of multi‑state health plan partnerships. Early in her healthcare career, she served as a registered dietitian across several health systems, giving her a uniquely comprehensive view of patient needs and provider challenges.

“Melanie’s proven ability to build strong client relationships, drive operational excellence, and scale organizations makes her the ideal leader to support HN1’s mission of advancing the delivery of specialty care,” said Heyward Donigan, CEO of Health Network One. “With her on our team, we can accelerate our ability to produce exceptional outcomes for payers, providers, and members.”

Rodriguez holds an MPA in healthcare administration from Long Island University and a BS in food and nutrition from Lehman College. She also earned leadership certificates from The Wharton School and Global Institute for Leadership Development.
