We started our journey as a health plan 25 years ago. And while we transitioned our organization to manage ancillary networks, we kept our health plan DNA, making us the perfect partner for the unique opportunities and challenges presented by our chosen networks.

About Us

Since 1999, Health Network One has been pioneering value-based approaches to managing ancillary networks under full risk. For every network we manage we guarantee cost savings for the health plan, high-quality and accessible care for members, and high satisfaction and retention rates for providers. We enable a rare win-win-win that's only possible through our distinctive combination of talent and technology.

With deep expertise in managed care, we are a recognized healthcare leader with more than twenty health plan customers nationwide. Our specialties include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy; Routine Vision; Medical Eye Care; Dermatology; and Podiatry.

Our Model

Our ability to simultaneously serve providers and health plans is only possible through our on-the-ground Provider Relations team, our expert clinical team - including the industry's largest UM team dedicated to therapy, and our bulletproof operations.

When we couldn't find an integrated system to manage our operations, we built our own. Seamless integration between our functional areas all on a single platform allows to salute the truism, “If you've seen one health plan, you've seen one health plan." While no two are alike, all of our clients view us their top-performing vendor, from encounter data to SLA adherence and beyond.

In addition to working in partnership - instead of competition - with providers, we are continually developing and implementing clinical quality programs to enhance our value while regularly impacting members where it matters most: through screenings and other preventative measures.

We see providers as the beating heart of care. Our high-touch approach has yielded a 95%+ provider retention rate and is supported by a provider-friendly web portal, fast and accurate claims payments, and performance bonuses. We've learned that provider satisfaction is the secret to member satisfaction and health plan satisfaction. Period.
